EARLY HELP AND SUPPORT
We are here to help!
Everybody needs help and advice at some point in their lives. We offer a range of support in schools to get families and children the Early Help they need.
This includes support with:
- Attendance
- Uniform
- Pastoral needs
- Learning needs
- SEND needs
- Behaviour
- Sleep and Diet
Mrs Banks is our Pupil Support Officer in school. You can always speak to your child’s class teacher about any support you/ your child may need or you can request to see Mrs Banks.
In school, there may be times that we become aware that a child may need a bit more support. This may be due to a range of factors like the ones above. In the first instance your child’s class teacher will speak to you about this. If further support is required Mrs Banks, Mrs Birdsall, Lisa Wilson (nursery), Mr Webster or Miss Naylor may contact you.
We may carry out an Early Help Assessment with you to look at what you feel will help you as a family and whether external agency support may help.
There are also a range of agencies and support that you can access directly. Click on the tabs below to find links and phone numbers for organisations that can offer support with a wide range of different issues. There are links to more local groups on our Local Groups and Support page (including help with food and uniform costs). If you are struggling at the moment or would like some advice on who to contact, please get in touch with our school and we will be happy to help where we can.
