Young Voices Update

We have now received all the tickets for Young Voices and are looking forward to the event.

Travel: The coach will be leaving at 11:30am and we are due to arrive back between 10.30-11.00pm

Parents coming to the event:

If you have booked travel on the coach with us, please be at school for 11:15am.

Parents travelling with us, please be aware that venue doors open at 6pm for you. Concerts starts 7pm and finishes 8.45pm. Arrive in good time for increased security. Tickets have been emailed to you. The venue operates a cashless system.

At the end of the concert, you are to meet us back at the coach or back at school if driving. We will be bringing ALL the children back on the coach and will not be giving the option of child collection from the venue.

Clothes: Children will need to wear their Young Voices t-shirt and usual uniform- active uniform and hoodies.

Food: We will have dinner and tea there. Please ensure your child has enough for their lunch and tea, snacks and plenty of liquid as it is a long day.  Please send these in a bag that we can dispose of along with the items. Backpacks are not allowed in the arena.

Updates: We will keep you updated by text and on Facebook. Please ensure school have the correct phone number to contact you through.

Pick up: Please meet us outside the school gates to pick up from the coach at around 10:30pm (we will text if this time changes). ALL CHILDREN MUST BE PICKED UP FROM SCHOOL. We will call each child off one by one as we see parents to ensure safe collection. Please stand back from the coach.
